Sleep through it.

Stillwatch sits between your monitoring and your phone. It turns a night of alerts into one short incident, and it wakes a person only when a person can actually help.

03:12

A disk fills up in Frankfurt. Your phone stays dark.

One full disk becomes hundreds of alerts within a minute, because every service downstream has something to say about it. Stillwatch reads them as one story. Run it and watch what you would have been woken for.

Disk full on fra-db-2, handled by the runbook

This is a scripted simulation with sample data, written to show the product idea. It does not connect to anything.

Three rules, in plain English, that you can read in the morning.

    Fold by cause

Alerts that share a host, a deploy or a dependency are grouped, and the grouping rule is shown on the incident so nobody has to trust a black box.

    Try the runbook first

If a known fix exists, Stillwatch runs it, checks that it worked, and writes down what it did. A person is called if the check fails.

    Wake one person

When someone is needed, it wakes the right one, with the whole story on the lock screen. Nobody else gets a call to tell them about the call.

    06:05

Priced by people on the rota, not by alerts.

Charging per alert would reward us for your worst nights, so we charge per person who carries the pager.

The first three people are free, for good. Teams above 40 get a tenth off every seat.

    What people ask at breakfast

What if it folds something it should not have?

Every incident shows the rule that folded it, and any rule can be switched off. Stillwatch will always page when it is not confident, because a wrong wake-up costs less than a missed one.

    Does it replace our monitoring?

No. It sits downstream of the tools you already use and changes only who gets told, when, and in how many words.

    Is this actually AI?

The folding is plain rules that you can read. We think that is a feature at three in the morning.

    Good morning.

You slept. It was handled. The note is on your desk.
